The lecture, Milan Rastislav Štefánik – Astronomer, Traveler, Photographer, explores his multifaceted personality, focusing on his scientific and travel-related pursuits.

It is designed for an audience unfamiliar with M. R. Štefánik, introducing him — through narrative and visual material — as both a scientist and a traveler. About the Presenters: Juraj Kubica is an astronomer and science popularizer from Bratislava, Slovakia, who focuses on the figure of M.
R. Štefánik. He studied electrical engineering and currently works as an expert for the European Commission in Brussels. Barbora Zajačkov á is head of communications at Slovak National Museum.
